FUOCO

Project Details

This 3,000 square-foot space was converted from a former auto shop into a sleek and modern co-working space for a creative business. The FUOCO vision came to life in a Federal Opportunity Zone, designated for economically-distressed areas in the U.S. The space includes a large open work area accompanied by conference rooms, a break area, and wellness rooms. 

 

Prior to launching BCMason Group, Brandon Mason was the owner's representative, providing project management services. He oversaw the design and construction process to ensure FUOCO achieved a space that fit their growth and needs.
